SIGNING AND RETURNING
The puppy is guaranteed
to be in good health, to the best of my knowledge, at the time of sale. This puppy has been vaccinated and dewormed
as listed in the health record for this puppy. However, there is no way to guarantee that this puppy is fully protected
from illness by the vaccination or that it is completely free of parasites. Please consult a licensed Veterinarian for
a recommendation as to completing the vaccinations needed and a deworming program. The buyer has 72 hours to have the
puppy examined by a licensed Vet. Should the vet find that the puppy has a life threatening defect, this puppy will
be exchanged for another puppy of the same breed when it becomes available. A written statement from the vet is required,
I must be notified within this same 72 hour period to guarantee replacement of your puppy. I reserve the right to require
a second opinion from the vet of my choosing to verify the findings. No cash will be refunded nor do I, Janet Parker,
or TOP Dawg Kennel accept responsibility for any or all medical expenses after the puppy leaves my possession. There
are no guarantees as to weight, size or height. It is agreed that no guarantee or representation has been given, implied
or expressed or otherwise other than this written agreement. Prior to shipping, the seller will have the puppy examined
by Dr.______________DVM and a health certificate will be issued certifying the general health of the puppy to be in good condition.
This guarantee must be signed by buyer and returned to seller within 7 days of receiving puppy. If not, "Seller is released
from all liabilities."
